Songs from the Third Reich are considered Public Domain. However, according to my Lawyer: although the songs are public domain, by taking the original songs and restoring and digitally re-mastering them (and in some cases completely rebuilding them), the copyright applies to that finished work. And therefore, as per U.S. & International Law, the copyright on these refurbished songs lies with my company Reichslieder. It is therefore illegal for a third party to make a copy of that finished work for their own use or to sell.

Currently there is only one online auction that you will find my cds listed legally: Ebay (under reichslieder). If you find these cds any where else online (other than the above mentioned sites and this web page) please be aware that they are pirated copies using substandard materials and as a result are of poor quality.
